They sell a special kind of "transfer" paper that you would print the design onto. This paper is then placed on the t-shirt and you can iron it on. Don't forget that what you print will be reversed when you transfer it, so any words, etc. would need to be printed backwards. Most printers have a setting for this or some of the transfer paper comes with software to help you with this. Good luck!
