I must tell you. what you have to do is buy some t-shirt transfer paper (they do have special "for black" types available. its thicker I think). then when you have printed out what you want, you will need to cut out everything you want to show. that is, if you do not desire to see any of the white paper showing (which you probably dont). with lettering, it takes time, and dont forget to print it out mirrored so it will show up right. if the image itself has the lettering, no need to worry about that, because it will be in the printed picture already..but if I am just misunderstanding you, and the words are separate, you can choose an outlined font to print so you have an guide to follow.
